• Our customer service will be in touch with you upon receiving this form to process your return request. DO NOT return your watch until you hear from us.
• You are required to present us the order notification and picture(s) of the watch condition upon request.
• You will receive an acceptance letter once we approve your return request. You are required to attach the acceptance letter with your return parcel. Failing which, we may not process your refund.
